Shipping
Each piece of clothing is made to order, meaning that the printing process doesn't start until your order goes through. Because of this, it takes a little bit longer for the product to be shipped to you, since it needs to get made first. The fulfillment usually takes 2-5 days. Shipping will depend on the product and destination, but can be expected to be around 2-3 weeks.
Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
